So, why do we only use Loring roasters? These advanced machines benefit from a closed-loop system, meaning the process is largely automated and self-regulating. Rather than constantly reheating the ambient air, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach optimal roasting temperatures. This results in more fresh-roasted coffee for you and less wasted, burned coffee.

To further preserve freshness, we immediately package each bag of coffee with a nitrogen flush. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that's heavier than air, forcing out flavor-stealing oxygen before the bag is sealed tight. This helps extend the life of your coffee.
